  39.     Yes, Mike. Loss of bytes from inadequate flow control certainly
  40. would make a mess of things. The original report didn't indicate the
  41. nature of things clearly enough to decide if that's the effect or not,
  42. but curing possible flow control problems is the right thing in all cases.
